    ?#20154;?#24615;聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)是指大分子二醇(聚酯或聚醚)、二异氰酸酯(MDI、HDI、PPDI)和小分子扩?#37255;粒?#20108;醇或二胺)加成聚合而成的嵌段共聚物。TPU大分子主链中长链多元醇(聚醚或聚酯) 构成软段,主要控制其低温性能、耐溶?#21015;?#21644;耐候性,而扩?#37255;梁投?#24322;氰酸酯构成硬段决定弹性体的硬度、耐热性以及力学性能等。采用不同?#20998;?#21644;结构的原料多元醇、二异氰酸酯和扩?#37255;量?#21512;成出?#20998;?#22810;样、性能各异、用途广泛的TPU,加之硬、软段的配比可以在很大?#27573;?#20869;调整, 还可借助于不同的助剂和不同的?#19981;?#25913;性途径而赋予其更加宽广的性能。

     PU输送带的加工工艺

     刮涂压延工艺

       
     TPU原料状态为透明颗粒状,经干燥初始后按照固定配方工艺喂入挤出机进行挤出薄膜,薄膜与涂胶基布压延贴合,后续可进行多层复合压?#21360;?#21387;花工艺,生产出所需输送带。  TPU原料状态为染色粉末状,经干燥除湿后通过刮刀均匀涂覆与涂胶基布上,红外加热熔融,多辊压延复合成型,后续进行多层复合压?#21360;?#21387;花工艺,生产出所需输送带。
    工艺流程简单,生产效率高;原材料强度减小幅度低,输送带强度高于刮涂工艺;TPU胶层不易产生气泡,结构密实,厚度均匀性高 原材料需多次加工,包括调色、磨粉等工艺,原材料强?#20154;?#20943;较大,胶层容易产生气泡,厚度控制难度较高均匀性差。
